I'm Nizhonłií, a Marine Corps veteran, former Division I athlete, and passionate advocate for empowering women in leadership. After years of leading Marines and teaching at the United States Naval Academy, I founded Spark: The Pop Up in 2018 to empower women to step into their leadership potential in a still male-dominated world.
